Appointment Scheduling Practices

Appointments should only be scheduled for dates and times for which your attendance is clearly assured.
No appointment should be made unless you fully intend to meet at the date and time selected.
All appointment cancellations should be made at the earliest possible time as a courtesy to our tutors and students.
